Elmer is a very special 15-year-old short coat chihuahua whose favorite thing to do is snuggle in warm blankets. Elmer’s one eye and side-lolling tongue make him one of the cutest little guys we’ve met!

Elmer was found as a stray so his background is unknown. He gets along well with his foster family’s pack of large and small dogs. We are unsure of how he does with cats or children.
